Vissel Kobe’s Emperor’s Cup Victory and the Challenge of “KOBE AWAY PRESS” Distribution
On November 23, 2024, at the National Stadium, Vissel Kobe achieved a magnificent victory in the Emperor’s Cup Final, creating a glorious moment that will remain in the club’s history. The moment the final whistle blew, the entire stadium was filled with cheers from Kobe supporters, and we were also swept up in that excitement.
On such a special day, our editorial team distributed “KOBE AWAY PRESS” in the Kobe goal end. This was to convey the passion and joy of supporting to Kobe supporters who rushed to the Emperor’s Cup Final. The number of copies we prepared was a whopping 3,000. From the beginning, we were anxious about this challenge. “Can we really distribute 3,000 copies?”
To be honest, it was absolutely impossible for just the editorial team to distribute all copies in the vast National Stadium. So we urgently called for cooperation from Kobe supporters on X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook, but we honestly approached the day with anxiety. However, on the actual day, many people rushed to help us, saying “I’ll help too!” and joined the distribution with smiles. At this point, my heart was already warming up. Thanks to the cooperation of everyone with overflowing enthusiasm, we were able to distribute all 3,000 planned copies. We sincerely thank everyone for their cooperation.
As the headquarters, the location we set up overlapped with the pre-match supporter meeting, so we caused inconvenience and there were many areas where the arrangements were poor, so we want to reflect on this and use it for next time.
Once again, I felt the bonds of the family supporting Vissel Kobe. Hot and passionate, Kobe supporters!!
As a side note, during distribution, I went back and forth between the first and third floors of the National Stadium many times, and as someone from the “uncle generation,” I consumed more stamina than expected. But well, seeing Vissel Kobe’s victory blew it all away!
